Goat Milk Soap & Lotion

I love goats and I have always loved products made with goats milk because of its special benefits. I've purchased products for several years with goats milk in it, especially soaps. My youngest daughter has very bad eczema and we also deal with things from time to time like poison ivy, colds and sinus infections and dry skin. So I decided to start making my own soap! These soaps are great because of the natural benefits of goats milk and essential oils to help with those problems. And since I love the soaps so much I am now selling it!

GOAT MILK BENEFITS:

-Goats milk contains alpha-hydroxy acids which help remove dead skin cells. This leaves new cells on the surface of your skin that are smoother and younger looking. The acids are so effective because they break down the bonds that hold the dead skin cells together. That helps get rid of any irritation.

-Goats milk contains many vitamins but is very high in Vitamin A. It is necessary to repair damaged skin and maintain healthy skin. There have been medical studies showing that creams made with Vitamin A reduce lines and wrinkles, control acne, and provide some psoriasis relief.

-Fat molecules are an important part of making good soap. The cream that is in goat milk helps boost the moisturizing quality of goat milk soaps. Since many people suffer from dry skin especially in the winter the soap will help with that. Goat milk soap will not dry your skin out like other soaps.

-Goat milk also contains selenium. Selenium is believed by scientists to have an important role in preventing skin cancer. Selenium can also help prevent sun damage. I make sure to feed my goats an endless supply of all the vitamins and minerals they need daily. That ensures that their milk will contain all the good stuff too!

Many soaps at the store you buy are water-based and have additives. Since goats milk soap is made with natural goats milk, natural plant oils and therapeutic grade oils there is no need for any chemicals or added substitutions. And because of those, it can cause even more skin irritation, the skin to dry out or worse.
